WELCOME! This website and links allows you to view, listen to, purchase, and find out about my past, current and future forays in creativity. My name is David Hale and I live in Minneapolis , MN where I create and sell handmade pottery and perform original acoustic music among other things
ARTIST STATEMENT Identical often causes a loss of identity. So much of our lives are spent running to get things done and meet our own and others expectations. So much of what we hear and see is about conforming to an ideal– a matching image that can never be met. Through the talents I have been given and continue to develop I hope to set an example of another way. I hope to bring spirit and uniqueness back into daily life. Making and using handmade items, planting and tending a garden, and performing music are ways I have found to do just that. We’re all artist in some form. Do what you wish. Wish what you want into being. Use and enjoy my art and go create some of your own.
